Shipping
Dispatch Times
All orders are shipped within 1-2 working days. You will receive a USPS tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. In the event of any delays in dispatch times (holidays, weather, etc) we will notify you via email.
Customs Fees
Customs charges may apply on international purchases, the customer is responsible for paying these charges. If custom fees are unpaid and the order is returned to us the buyer will only be refunded 80% of the order value due to admin fees. Returns will not be accepted based off of unpaid customs fees.
Returned Packages
If an order is returned to Shutterbugs due to an incomplete address, we will reach out to the customer for the correct address. The customer must pay for a new shipping label if an order is returned to us.

What is your return policy?
Shutterbugs professionally test and restore every camera that’s sold. However, with the nature of vintage electronics, sometimes things go wrong that are completely out of our control. We will be happy to accept any returns for faulty or damaged items within 14 days of delivery. A request for a refund or exchange must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order along with a description and photo/video proof of the issue.
The item(s) must be in original condition with any of the original accessories included. Any items that appear to have been damaged or altered in any way will be refused. Please take care when handling cameras as we cannot accept any items that have been damaged after delivery. The item(s) must be returned to us before the refund or exchange can be issued. The ability to fulfill exchange requests will be subject to the availability of cameras at the time at which the return is received for processed.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons such as :
• Breaking your camera
• Purchasing by accident
• Not knowing how to use your camera
• Change of mind or not liking your camera
• Damage that happens after it’s arrived safely to the customer

Are returns free?
The shipping cost of returned item(s) for an exchange or refund is not covered or reimbursed by us. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs. If the item(s) does not come back to us in its original condition or if the item is lost in transito we please ask that you use tracked shipping and safely package the item(s).
Cancellation Requests
If you wish to cancel your order, you must send an email within 24 hours of placing your order. Cancelled orders will incur a 2.5% + $0.50 charge on their total refund amount.
Disclaimer
All cameras sold by Shutterbugs are pre-loved. Our cameras are used and may show signs of wear and cosmetic imperfections. Major signs of use will always be shown in the product photos.
